The Region International Commercial Excellence team is looking for a new Student Assistant to support the roll-out and continuous improvement of digital engagement solutions. The Commercial Excellence team is part of the Region International & Thrombosis business unit. Region International is a diverse region, covering markets across Asia, Middle East, Northern Africa, and South- and Central America. You will therefore be working with different countries and cultures across different time zones.
In LEO Pharma, we have an ambition to achieve a fully integrated customer engagement approach – and this is why we need you. In this role, you will mainly support the Digital Engagement Managers in the roll-out and maintenance of a range of digital systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will act as a technical consultant for the different markets, thus technical understanding and good communication skills are key. Furthermore, you will join a fast-paced team and are therefore expected to take responsibility of your own tasks and projects. While relevant experience is a plus, it is more important that you are self-driven, proactive, and not afraid to try new things and “learn-by-doing”. That being said, the Digital Engagement Managers will of course ensure that you are provided with the necessary training and continuous support that is needed to be successful in your daily tasks.

- Support & drive ongoing website & marketing automation roll-outs
- Build and execute on email marketing campaigns
- Content upload to CMS (Sitecore)
- Support digital asset management system (PromoMats)
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between relevant stakeholders
While above points are examples, you will get the opportunity to influence which projects you will work on.
It is preferred that you:
- Are currently studying at a university, preferably within the areas of digital marketing, e-business, web development, or similar, and have at least 1 year left of your studies
- Are service-minded, structured and have a good eye for details
- Have an interest in digital platforms and a generally good technical understanding, HTML skills being a plus
- Are proactive and thrive with responsibility and learning new things
- Are fluent in written and spoken English and thrive in an international environment
- Experience with CMS or marketing automation solutions is a plus
