The job

In this role, you will:
- Provide Technical System management for Labware LIMS and Waters Empower3 CDS systems in close coordination with the Service Delivery Manager
- Solution design and configuration management
- Daily coordinate and investigate operational matters (Change, Incidents and Problems) with our offshore service provider
- Discuss and work on technical issues with the Production IT Fields service
- Process and system development with Line of Business and service provider
- Provide input for and write work Instructions and Standard Operational procedures
- Support and supervise inspections and audits
- Collaborate on daily tasks of other IT professionals
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Natural Science or similar.
- Deep experience in one or more of the areas: LIMS, CDS, Citrix Corporate Server based solutions (preferably LabWare and Waters Empower.
- Experience with GxP and Validation
- At least 3- 5 years of experience within Laboratory system management, preferably within the Pharma industry.
- Fully proficient in both written and spoken English as we work in an international environment.
