Stepping into Corporate Quality, you will join over 25 experts and generalists in ensuring that all customer feedback and regulations are adhered to in R&D, Production and S&M.
Raise our quality program to a new level and be part of a major transformation of our Quality Systems
As our new Quality Program Coordinator, you will drive and develop our quality planning program in GN Hearing A/S headquarter and support implementation of the process across the globe.
The purpose of the quality planning program is “To implement proactive initiatives within the Quality management system to realize Quality objectives and to develop the general system in accordance with applicable worldwide regulatory requirements”.
You will also be an integral part of the worldwide implementation project of our new Quality Management System (QMS) set-up “One Company One System”. The overall objective of this new setup is to “Implement Quality Excellence and a Quality Mindset throughout GN through harmonized processes, best practices, and benchmarking”.
Finally, you will be part of the Quality Systems team in Corporate Quality and making sure our Quality Management Systems across the world are developed and maintained in cooperation with over 20 local organizations. This includes communicating newsletters to the complete quality organization in GN Hearing.

- Have a Bsc degree or other relevant, combined with 3-10 years of work experience from a regulated environment.
- Experience within project coordination and/or project management of smaller organizational projects.
- Know your way around ISO 13485, or similar quality systems, so we can easily introduce you to ISO 13485.
- Speak and write English effortlessly.
- Auditor experience or training will be a plus.
- Expect to travel 5-20 days a year.
