Would you like to join our ambitious Market Access and HEOR team in their strive towards excellence in launching a biologic treatment for patients with a high unmet medical need? This is a one year assignment, and as our new Market Access Manager you will be a key player in driving this unique launch as well as you will be taking on a role of high strategic importance to LEO Pharma.

About the job
This Market Access & HEOR team is responsible for a brand in late stages of Phase 3. It has its home in Global Pricing & Market Access (GPMA), and operates globally across all LEO markets. As such you will get a role of high strategic importance, working with multiple stakeholders across our three Regions (US, EU, Region Int’l) Markets, Global Medical Affairs and the Global Brand Team.
The job will provide you with the opportunity to drive global commercial guidance and support to our Markets in securing optimal outcomes with payers and budgetdecision stakeholders to ensure eligible patients’ timely access – with focus on especially this innovative brand in our Eczema portfolio.

The position is based at the Headquarters of LEO Pharma in Copenhagen, Denmark and reports into the Senior Director MA & HEOR, with an experienced team of three HEOR Managers and two other Market Access Managers.
Global Pricing & Market Access is responsible for the payer side of LEO Pharma’s engagement with the external environment. We are a dedicated department with the global functional capabilities of: HEOR, Market Access, Strategic Pricing and Data Analytics & RWE. We work based on ambitious goals and you will be part of a dynamic an collaborative environment.

Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
- Finalize robust global market access strategy for a global launch of a key brand
- Transform payer specific evidence into development of target product claims, value propositions, payer value stories, and payer value communication
- Finalize Core Value Dossier for local adaption
- Provide strategic market access input to Life cycle management initiatives e.g. phase 4 clinical trials
- Drive and coordinate market access launch preparations including Market Access Plans (with Affiliates, MAPs) and reimbursement dossier support with the regions and the affiliates
- Take a role in creating readiness and coordinating execution around the P&R submissions and the sign-off of the actual submissions.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor, Master or PhD-level in any of Economics, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health or similar
- A minimum of 3 years’ Market Access experience of Pharmaceutical Industry or allied consultancy services doing similar tasks
- A good strategic mindset and good business acumen
- A track record of successful performance in cross-functional teams and project management
- A strong drive and a natural authority. You take responsibility and leadership and you have great collaboration skills
- Your analytical skills will help you identify problems and solutions, and your planning skills ensure that you meet deadlines and high quality demands in a dynamic environment
- On the personal level, you are outgoing and comfortable with cooperating and communicating across educational, geographical and cultural boarders
