As a GN Global Engineering Graduate, we offer you a two-year program where you will get hands-on experience by working in three different departments, including 8 months abroad. With subsidiaries across the globe, we will find you a role abroad that matches our business needs as well as your skills and interests.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by excellent leaders, program sponsors and a mentor, and you will get a great network of fellow Engineering, Finance and Marketing Graduates with a focus on developing cross-functional relations.
Shape new experiences with our high-tech audio solutions
As an Engineering Graduate, you will rotate through related departments across GN Audio and GN Hearing to gain a well-rounded skillset within your area of interest. You will join our researchers and engineers to develop state-of-the-art technology and concepts across consumer, professional and medical grade solutions. We share insights and innovation breakthroughs across research clusters and disciplines such as audio, software, hardware, hearing science, neuroscience, AI and psycholinguistics from both the hearing aid and headset industries – all under one roof. This unique combination of competencies enables the GN Group to develop truly intelligent audio solutions.
You will get to investigate, shape and make concepts for new audio and digital experiences that will delight our customers. Headsets and hearing aids act as valuable data sensors and IoT devices, which through our world-class audio experiences can transform data into valuable insights. Insights that enhance and augment the daily life of both consumers and businesses. During the program, you will get access to world-class development tools, R&D laboratories and test facilities.
What does it take to become a GN Graduate?
You hold a master’s degree in one or a combination of the following engineering fields of expertise: audio/digital signal processing, electronical engineering, UX, embedded software and/or radio protocol. It could also be that you have a combination of innovation, customer experiences and software engineering. We do also like candidates with in-depth knowledge about AI and machine learning. We expect you to have finalized your master’s degree up to a year before start – but no later than September 2021. Moreover, you:

- Have achieved excellent results which are shown in your grade point average
- Have relevant experience from previous student jobs, internships or similar
- Have an international mindset, and you can skillfully navigate in different cultural settings – that’s why you are fluent in English and possibly additional languages
- Are curious, energetic, positive and a self-driven team player
- Find it easy to develop and maintain good relations and possess strong collaborative skills
- Are ready to start September 2021
