Become a main driver of taking people data and analytics in LEO Pharma to the next level. Your challenges
You will join our new Global CoE Data & Analytics within the Global People function. Here, we will together build the foundation for our future reporting and analytics. Your main activities will be:
- Design and build automated people reports and dashboards
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports to HR business partners, managers, and key decision makers
- Deliver executive reporting with recommendations for action
- Deliver data, reporting, and analytics to Global People projects (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition) and ongoing processes (e.g. Organizational Review)
- Conduct deep-dive people analyses and communicate them to the right stakeholders to create an impact
- Own, develop, and train Global People colleagues around the world in using the reporting tools and becoming data-driven in their support of the business
- Contribute to the streamlining of our people data infrastructure and processes to ensure consistently high-quality data
Your profile
You have a collaborative mind-set and have great stakeholder management skills.
You are analytical by nature and love working with data. You are attentive to details, take pride in delivering excellent quality, and consider the customer in everything you do. Moreover, you have:
- A master’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience with people data and reporting
- Experience with the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related reporting tools
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with conducting people analyses (experience with statistical analysis in e.g. STATA, SPSS or SAS would be appreciated, but is not a prerequisite)
- Fluency in working with quantitative data, including a natural and critical sense for numbers
- The ability to convey data and analyses in a clear and meaningful way
- A good understanding of people processes and business needs
- Fluency in written and spoken English
