The job

You will in collaboration with our other student assistant support your colleagues in Global Legal & Compliance and the rest of the business with legal as well as some administrative work. Your primary tasks will be:

Searching for legal and other relevant information
Handling light legal matters and queries
Maintaining and updating our contract template database
Providing assistance in relation to LEO Pharma’s electronic contract management system, e.g. filing and locating executed contracts

Your qualifications

You study law or business administration and commercial law and have ideally finished the second year of your studies
Interest in the pharmaceutical industry
Ready to work approximately 10-15 hours per week – with flexibility during exam periods
Fluent in oral and written English
Good IT-skills and experience with Sharepoint and/or case handling platforms is a plus, but not a prerequisite

You have a positive spirit, are easy to get on with and share our dedication to provide high quality legal services. You proactively seek out opportunities to support your colleagues and take responsibility for solving your tasks independently and within deadlines.

You will join a global legal team of 30+ skilled employees working out of Denmark, France, USA and China supporting all parts of LEO Pharma’s business.
