Through its Jabra brand, GN Audio makes life sound better by offering intelligent audio solutions that let you hear more, do more and be more than you ever thought possible. As System Specialist, Global AMS you will be the expert on crucial IT systems within Aftermarket Services, taking ownership of operational aspects and acting as the go-to person within the organization on IT systems and processes in large cross-functional projects. As such, you will be responsible for driving IT development for AMS in close collaboration with GN Audio’s global IT function.You will confidently assist Global Aftermarket Services in optimizing AMS business for the implementation of expanded automation and improved system handling, including Microsoft Dynamics AX and Jabra ServiceNet (JSN). This also includes automated processes through 3PLs.Furthermore, you will serve as the go-to person for the Global AMS team with regards to IT issues, and as such fix and problem-solve on IT systems and processes for both AX and JSN. An important aspect of this is to accurately document solutions for encountered issues in order to ensure continued operations efficiency. You will take a helicopter view of the IT system environment from an AMS perspective, ensuring that any regional changes or fixes made do not negatively impact other regions; everything put into place in the system must work globally. Another consideration is ensuring that anything implemented does not impede the long-term development of the system and how AMS uses it.Strong analytical mindset and Microsoft Dynamics AX skills
As System Specialist, Global AMS, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with international aftermarket services in a fast-moving environment. Ideally you come from a similar position such as Project Manager or Specialist. You are a super user in Microsoft Dynamics AX and preferably also experienced in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You have sound analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid IT system integration knowledge and process understanding.
