Step into GN – we make life sound better. We offer an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in our Headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen Area) where you will be part of Office of the CIO (OCIO) in Group IT!
You will get the opportunity to work close with the CIO and other IT executives across GN and take on a variety of tasks, such as planning and coordinating cross-functional events, developing communication material for GN globally, and leading the IT-onboarding process.
A key part of the job is to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders across the business and across borders.
You will work in average 15 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.
Main objectives and tasks:
The main objective of this position is to support in the OCIO in Denmark where the tasks and responsibilities will change along the way. The initial tasks for the position will include tasks such as:
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:
Company language is English. The successful applicant will have significant knowledge working with the Office package.
You have minimum 2 years of Master studies left within IT, Business Administration, Communication or similar. Knowledge within IT is not a prerequisite, and the most important thing is that you are structured, ambitious and know how to get things done.

- Participate, plan and prepare offsite events
- Planning and coordination of internal executive meetings
- Responsible for global internal IT communication
