LEO Pharma has embarked on a growth journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner in the world, dedicated to helping people achieve healthy skin. We have recently introduced our 2030 strategy, which aims to accelerate our efforts in innovative therapeutics while strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology. Dermatology is an area of rapid growth and LEO Pharma is rapidly changing from one that is focused on topical treatments, to being at the forefront of scientific advancements to help patients. To achieve our ambitious goals, we want to bring all LEO Pharma people along the journey and this requires from everyone to focus on the right things, collaborate, and work efficiently while preserving the unique parts of our company culture. HR in LEO Pharma has over the past year defined a new HR Operating Model towards, where roles and responsibilities in HR will be clearly defined to optimise our HR services and user experience. Global People Shared Services will lead key operational services and implement operational procedures across LEO Pharma as well as deliver the more transactional HR support on globalised processes and services. We have built an international team to spearhead this transformation for the coming years and ensure that we will deliver people centric digital solutions. We are now looking for you, our last missing member that will focus on improving our Employee Experience and optimize our processes by taking our HR Service now Platform to the next level.


Your new Role


If you are up for the challenge you should expect to take part in ensuring a successful transition to the new HR operating model where we design processes with efficiency and people centricity.

Your key tasks would focus around:

  • Understanding business and HR requirements to evaluate and continuously improve them by using the HR Service now module
  • Appling your process excellence skills, optimize lead times and challenge the status quo
  • Use all the digital tools (Success Factors™, Service Now™, Automation Anywhere™) in our disposal balancing user experience and efficiency
  • Identify, qualify and implement Robotic Process Automation initiatives within HR
  • Build process automation in ServiceNow HR
  • Assist in defining and overseeing the vision of the ServiceNow implementation in HR
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in IT, Finance and Procurement to foster the development of the ServiceNow platform
  • Be responsible for defining the user journeys for the HR ServiceNow content

Your qualifications


You have solid skills in handling and organising tasks. You thrive in an international environment where excellent stakeholder management is a key requirement.

In addition, as a successful candidate should

  • Hold a Master’s degree within Business, Process excellence or Computer Science
  • Have experience within Robotic Process Automation and Service now – ideally within the HR module
  • Be able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions – but with a global mind-set.
  • Have a good knowledge of the HR processes
  • Be detailed oriented and well-structured
  • Ideally Have experience in process optimization within Shared Services environment across functions
  • Think and design processes end to end ensuring efficiency and good user experience
  • Have a positive mindset and be able to inspire collaboration between different cultures
  • Have former working experience working with JavaScript
  • Have former experience working with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere.
  • Understanding of web technologies in general (HTML, XML, CSS)
  • Communicate fluently in English – any other language will be considered an advantage

Process Excellence and Digital Transformation– the heart of our digital transformation and your new work place


Your new department is called Process Excellence and Digital Transformation, a part of the newly established Global People Shared Services. We are based in Ballerup DK and Gdansk PL but our reach is global. You will be part of multinational team with members from 5 different countries, speaking 7 different languages. Our goal is to deliver expertise and talent for all the digital HR projects executed by LEO Pharma. We would like to excel and be acknowledged for our positive attitude and ability to deliver on our transformation journey.
