Group Accounting, Accounts Payable
At our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join our Group Accounts Payable team. The team consists of 10 dedicated colleagues, split into two separate teams that ensure that all tasks related to accounts payable are handled in due time.
As part of Group Accounting, we support GN Store Nord A/S, GN Audio (Jabra) A/S, GN Hearing A/S (Resound) and other Nordic countries.

Daily management and part of a new ERP roll-out
Group Accounts Payable consists of two teams – you will be the lead for 5 employees, where you will be responsible for the professional leadership of the team and development of processes.
At GN, we have embarked upon an exciting global ERP transformation across our the GN Group. The aim is to unify all ERP systems across the group.
You will be instrumental in securing our ERP implementation with respect to establishing best processes, systems, training, etc. are in place with the team. Specifically, your tasks and responsibilities include:

Positive mindset, tech-savvy and accounting experience
You may already have some leadership experience - or alternatively - you are ready to take a leadership position, whereby you possess a positive “can-do” attitude, can motivate, and inspire others.
You have plenty of experience with a wide range of IT systems, so it takes you little time to make yourself familiar with new ones.
With an ability to thrive in complex situations, you have no issues when decisions and tasks take a turn in the other direction. We furthermore imagine that you:

- Leading and developing the team – incl. ensuring that tasks and assignments are completed according to deadline
- Support the business finance managers with their enquiries regarding A/P
- Shape and direct various initiatives and projects to improve the A/P function and harmonize it across ERP systems and companies
- Ensuring the month-end close related to AP complies with requirements
- Evaluating the current processes and data before the ERP roll-out
- Participate in the large ongoing upgrade of our current ERP systems to Microsoft D365

- Have a relevant educational degree within accounting, finance, or economics
- Have 5 years of experience within accounts payable or accounting
- Are tech-savvy and may have experience with AX2012 or D365
- Are fluent in both Danish and English
