Treasury Specialist to Global Treasury
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, structured and highly professional Treasury Specialist for LEO Pharma’s Global Treasury located in Ballerup. If this description fits you, then you may be our new Treasury Specialist

In Global Treasury you will be supporting LEO Pharma’s 2030 Growth Strategy by assessing and executing on initiatives that will help fund future investments together with your colleagues both in the team and in the wider organization.
The job
Global Treasury is responsible for LEO Pharma’s bank relations, debt funding, trade finance, intercompany funding, cash management, FX, financial risk management and net working capital. The Global Accounts Receivable team and Global Insurance also report into Global Treasury.
As a Treasury Specialist in Global Treasury your responsibilities will include:

You have 3-5 years of Treasury experience from a global company, advisory, bank or other financial institution. You can demonstrate solid results within most of the treasury fields and are skilled with a strong process- and execution mindset. You thrive in an ambitious team where the pace is high, where we help each other achieve our goals, and where it is important to have fun while doing this.

You will be joining a Treasury team of 13 colleagues across Global Treasury, Global Accounts Receivable and Global Insurance located in Ballerup, Mexico and Gdansk. We are busy driving several large projects and managing daily operations.

The job
Global Treasury is responsible for LEO Pharma’s bank relations, debt funding, trade finance, intercompany funding, cash management, FX, financial risk management and net working capital. The Global Accounts Receivable team and Global Insurance also report into Global Treasury.
As a Treasury Specialist in Global Treasury your responsibilities will include:
- SAP4Hana implementation
- Cash management and trade finance
- Funding, both external- and intercompany
- Net working capital optimization
- Financial risk analysis and hedging
- Manage liquidity and currency
- Participate in development- and improvement projects
- Monthly and quarterly Treasury reporting and -controlling
Your qualifications
You have 3-5 years of Treasury experience from a global company, advisory, bank or other financial institution. You can demonstrate solid results within most of the treasury fields and are skilled with a strong process- and execution mindset. You thrive in an ambitious team where the pace is high, where we help each other achieve our goals, and where it is important to have fun while doing this.
What you bring:
- a Master degree within finance, economics or accounting
- 3-5 years’ experience within treasury
- you are ambitious, energetic and take ownership
- you are analytical and able to transform your analysis into practical and pragmatic solutions
- you build relationships with you stakeholders throughout the organization
- you have a service-minded attitude both towards your colleagues and our “customers”
- you are an experienced SAP user, preferably also with SAP Treasury experience
- you have strong Excel skills. Power BI skills are an extra advantage
- you are fluent in English as the Group language is English
