Reporting to the Head of HEOR, Adtralza, the senior Global HEOR & RWE Manager, Adtralza will work to optimize evidence generation to secure optimal access for patients with atopic dermatitis for our lead biologic Adtralza. As a member of the Global Pricing and Market Access team, you will have a role of high strategic importance to LEO Pharma and you will work with many stakeholders including Global R&D, Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, key affiliates as well as external stakeholders to ensure delivery of HEOR activities and Real World Evidence.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate the added value of LEO Pharma´s solutions to patients suffering from skin diseases and put dermatology on the agenda of payers across the globe.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate the added value of LEO Pharma´s solutions to patients suffering from skin diseases and put dermatology on the agenda of payers across the globe.
Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
- Lead clinical and economic evidence generation targeting payers and HTA bodies including real world evidence for Adtralza
- Be part of setting the direction for the HEOR Centre of Excellence and drive key initiatives
- Drive and coordinate reimbursement dossier support with selected affiliates
- Develop, design and conduct pharmacoeconomic, outcomes research & Real World Evidence studies together with multiple stakeholders
- Drive HEOR publications and author/co-author HEOR/RWE publications
- Lead the development of analysis for interactive payer tools
- Provide input to late-stage clinical development plan
Qualifications and experience
Our new market access manager needs to have strong analytical skills, a creative mind-set and ability to multi-task with several projects at the same time. We expect you to have:
- A Master’s in Economics, Health Economics, statistics, Public Health, or similar
- A strong strategic mindset and good business acumen
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working with HEOR and/or Real World Evidence
- Experience in commercial assessment, market access strategy, and a track record of being part of giving input to clinical studies to optimize price and market access opportunities
- Experience in interactions with HTAs and reimbursement submissions
- Experience with biologic and/or speciality pharmaceticals
- Solid knowledge and understanding of health economics and associated skills
- Experience working in and managing stakeholders in cross-functional teams, including excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Planning skills and an ‘execution mindset’ to ensure that projects meet deadlines and that they satisfy the high-quality demands in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
