In this newly established position, you will provide insights into the dynamics of global markets and uncover actionable intelligence valuable to our local sales organizations. You will identify enterprise customer growth opportunities and increase the revenue potential of our International Accounts program.

Experience
- Experience working as a Business (Intelligence) Analyst for at least two years
- Demonstrable track-record in analysing commercial markets and enterprise customer organizations to identify trends and actionable insights
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the development teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to design and optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems

Technical competencies
- Good understanding of BI methodology and tools (Qlik, Power BI or similar)
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Dynamics CRM (or similar)
- Data analytical skills (use of Python or similar an advantage)
- Advanced data visualization and presentation skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Identify data trends to uncover opportunities and gaps in business performance and share insights with the relevant sales colleagues
- Support sales regions and individual sales colleagues with insights into the IA organizations, including business performance, organizational structures, office locations and functions
- Quantify ROI pertaining to various sales and marketing initiatives associated with the IA program
- Communicate your findings to key sales stakeholders using powerful visualization tools using regular meetings, presentations, and reports
- Track actual revenue performance against target revenue for global, regional, subregional, and individual IA’s

- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, e.g. in business or engineering
- You are interested in supporting sales with business and data analytics
- You have experience with or can quickly learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social media for business, Power BI or other BI software, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics CTM incl. Qlik
- You speak and write English fluently and have excellent presentation skills
