Running a large growth company means a lot of employees, and a lot of employees means a lot of maintenance and modernization - repairs, cleaning, moving equipment, and lots of other kinds of service. Someone needs to keep calm and cool and coordinate the maintenance operations at our facility. Do you think that someone could be you?
Your new department
You will join the Facility department at GN Store Nord headquarters in Ballerup, where 2,000 of our 7,500 employees are working out of several buildings – and we are constantly expanding. Acting as a node for all maintenance work across all our Ballerup-based facilities, we interface with all the various departments of GN. You will work closely with our external service provider, coworking in coordinating service-, cleaning-, and repair activities throughout GN.
GN Facility is a relatively new department, which is still in the process of being developed. Your responsibility will primarily be handling the day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.
Facility operations with a dash of project work
As Facility Coordinator, your principal task is coordinating the different activities and projects within our buildings within GN Campus. Facility operations involve a high degree of variation, so you should not expect every day to be like the previous, as there will be many ad hoc tasks.
Aside from the day-to-day coordination, you will also take the lead on a lot of smaller projects across the facilities. As an example, we are currently working to improve our space planning, using our floor space as efficiently as possible. This means rethinking our interior design, moving equipment and furniture around. You will assist and be the lead coordinator on these projects.

You must be able to keep your head high under pressure, as we are a very busy department handling a various tasks and projects, both short- and long-term.
We are looking for a new colleague with some experience in Facility Management. A background in the service industry would be a great plus as well, as we are a servicing body. We are open to your educational background. We do however, require that you have:

We are looking for a new colleague with some experience in Facility Management. A background in the service industry would be a great plus as well, as we are a servicing body. We are open to your educational background. We do however, require that you have:
- English language proficiency, as this is our corporate language
- Danish language proficiency, as some of our external partners do not speak English
- Good grasp of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
