Drive Portfolio Optimization (incl. pricing/Access) for Mature Derma Brands
You will become part of the Global Mature Derma Team that is anchored in Region International, one of three business critical regions in LEO Pharma that drives the largest growth for Mature Brands. You will support growth initiatives and profitability optimization initiatives for a variety of brands.
You will analyse the brand dynamics based on data, monitor market dynamics, support building of business cases, analyse pricing/access aspects and support public affairs related initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with the Sr. Global Portfolio Optimization Manager and other internal stakeholders e.g. Global Brand Management, Global Pricing/Market Access, Markets, R&D and Production.

You will report to the Vice President of Global Mature Derma in Region International and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel will be limited.

Your primary tasks will be to
- Support the Brand Management with financial analyses and business cases preparations for selected brands/formulations
- Support Life Cycle Management activities for Mature Derma Portfolio
- Support all pricing related brand aspects, such as optimization of pricing strategies, International Pricing Reference analyses, tender evaluations
- Support with regional pricing/market access strategies for portfolios, as well as monitor events impacting intellectual property rights.
- Support and coordinate Public Affairs activities across the region
- There will be opportunities to take on specific Brand Management tasks, when these arise, to further develop competencies and become more familiar with the commercial activities.
Reporting
You will report to the Vice President of Global Mature Derma in Region International and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel will be limited.
Professional Competencies
- MSc in Business administration or similar – alternatively a Science Degree combined with an MBA or relevant commercial experience
- Project management experience
- Pricing/Market Access experience
Business Requirements
- Solid analytical skills and experience with follow up on market shares, sales dynamics, PnL lines and profitability analyses
- Knowledge of the Pharma industry
- Knowledge of global and local access and pricing trends
- Strong collaborator across functions (e.g. Markets, R&D, Production) and large variety of cultures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, orally and written
