We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Project Analyst with a strategic mindset to join the Global Operations Finance team – to help us shaping the future of Global Operations
Experienced Project Analyst with finance partnering aspiration
Global Operations is a significant part of GN Hearing being responsible for all global sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of hearing instruments and related accessories. We cover 10 sites worldwide and are headquartered in Ballerup, Denmark.
You will be involved in various strategic projects and ad hoc analyses, which require frequent interactions with various teams across the organization as well as management in our global locations. Key success criteria are that you thrive being close to the business decisions, can be a trusted advisor to the organization, can drive projects independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high ambition level.
You will be part of a young and dynamic finance team with the overall aim to create impact to the organization by being a trusted advisor and finance partner combining strong financial competencies and a solid business understanding.
Global Operations Finance is a dedicated team responsible for the overall financial management of Global Operations – our work covers anything from day-to-day issues and projects to long-term strategic planning.
Key responsibilities for the team include the budget process, monthly management reporting, standard costing, and supporting and driving projects that create financial transparency and deliver value-adding insights enabling fact-based decision-making for senior management.

We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
- You have a relevant educational background, e.g., Master’s degree in finance or economics with excellent results
- You have 2-4 years of relevant experience from a similar position such as business partner, financial / business analyst or from a position in e.g., financial consulting either full-time or as a student assistant. In case you see yourself as the perfect match, but do not have the required years of experience, please do not hesitate to apply
- You have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, and experience with financial modelling and analyzing financial statements
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills
- You are proficient within MS Office products – particularly Excel and PowerPoint– and preferably you have experience working with SAP, Navision or other financial reporting systems
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
