Job Description
We are looking for a student assistant for our Business Automation team. The team is responsible for implementation of Business Automation technologies e.g. RPA to improve our business processes. There will therefore be a daily interface with most departments and cooperation with stakeholders on different organizational levels.
As a student assistant, your workday will consist of working in different platforms e.g. Automation Anywhere, Docupedia, SAP and Microsoft Office. We expect you to bring new inputs to the Business Automation team and make an impact on our automation journey.
As our new student assistant, you will have the following areas of work:
- Ownership of automation projects
- Develop and test new BOT solutions
- Move BOTs from development to production
- Maintain existing solutions
- Support RPA governance framework
- Support ambassadors in our Europe North organization
- In addition, you must also be able to help with ad hoc tasks in the department
Qualifications
- You can interact with different people (listen, ask and learn etc.)
- You are (most likely) a 2nd year bachelor student in a relevant IT related education e.g. Information technology, IT Management or similar
- You are able to work minimum 15-20 hours per week (2 – 3 days per week) except for exam periods.
- You have experience working with data (e.g. analysis, visualization)
- You have experience with programming
- You have experience with automation software, e.g. AA (This is an advantage not a must)
- You have experience with APIs (This is an advantage not a must)
To succeed in this role, you must be able to take initiative, be motivated to work with automation software and develop BOTs. We have several projects going on at the same time, so you should be able to get involved in multiple projects and have an eye for details when meeting deadlines. We support our colleagues on daily basis with BOTs, so communicative skills and understanding of business needs / processes will help you to succeed. We offer you a steep learning curve and a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience with automation in an international organization.
