Senior Transformation Manager to drive the people side of change in strategically crucial and transformational programs executing on LEO Pharma’s 2030 strategy
In LEO Pharma we want to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner. It’s an ambitious strategy that has set LEO Pharma on a transformational journey -and that is why we need you.
Your role will be to work closely with the leadership teams in LEO Pharma’s business areas, where you will engage in execution of strategic projects and enable transformations as change lead. Your focus will be to develop and execute on change strategies that bring people through changing times and to reach strategic goals.
You will be part of the Global Culture & Transformation Team consisting of 5 transformation and change management professionals with backgrounds within organizational development, communication and strategy execution. The team is placed under the CFO in the LEAP Office responsible for driving the execution of the 2030 strategic goals across all of the company.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
As it is a global role, you will interact with global colleagues and can expect 10-20 yearly travel days when conditions permit it.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Engage in strategic projects and transformations in a change lead capacity focused on the development and execution of program change strategy in regards to eg. operating model, organizational development, clear reporting and measurement cycles
- Creation and execution of change deliverables aligned with the change strategy – change plans, readiness assessment, adoption and effectiveness measurement, communication and training plans, etc.
- Ensure project change structure, resources and coordination are in place to ensure deliverables are executed in alignment with project plans and in close collaboration senior leadership.
- Help to build organizational capability – train and coach project teams, sponsors, and functional leaders on relevant approaches and tools.
- Advise, guide and support the leaders and transformation leads in ensuring continues measurement and follow up ultimately realizing the business case benefits.
- Excellent and proven communication skills, facilitation skills and with an ability to translate complex matters to all levels in the organization and present it in a structured way.
- Aid in the build-up of the Global Culture & Transformation Team including defining and continuously improving the LEO Pharma change management model.

Professionally, We Expect You To Hold The Following Qualifications
- Mastery in English, written and spoken
- Relevant Master Degree
- Demonstrated experience (8+ years) in leading and planning full-lifecycle change management activities for large-scale, complex transformations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and on all levels of the organization, influencing, motivating and engaging senior leaders, teams, and individuals.
- Background from a large global company, preferably pharmaceutical, or a management consulting firm.
- Manages ambiguity professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and extrovert skills.
- Prosci’s ADKAR experience.
- PMI/PRINCE 2 experience.
