The organization - GN Group IT
In Group IT, we support the entire GN family: GN Store Nord, GN Audio (Jabra) and GN Hearing. We are +175 professionals divided in 6 areas and 18 departments (growing rapidly) who are eager developing innovative solutions with strong focus on the business to achieve their goals. You will become part of the ERP Finance team together with 8 Functional consultants, Solution and Delivery leads.
Define and manage Security roles in D365
You will be part of the D365FO implementation in GNH and GNA/GNSN plus the Finance Transformation project. In that role you are the sparring partner for management, process owners, GN IT and the Program team when it comes to defining the security roles.
Your responsibility will cover finalizing establishment of the newly formed Security Role and Access Management function, while at the same time supporting the running ERP programs. As ERP Delivery lead you will be a key player in delivering the security role structure and access management to ensure project Go-live as planned.

If you are passionate about successfully defining the structure for security roles across different functions together with multiple stakeholders, while staying compliant to audit requirements, you will be able to use your full potential”

This means that you will:
- As ERP Delivery lead you shall – together with the Business Process Owners design the relevant security roles and drive cross functional business alignment. In this role you will be part of the recent kicked off Finance Transformation Project.
- Drive process improvements, IT audits and documentation for the Security roles and access management in the ERP system.
- Responsible for achieving the D365 Security Role and Access Management targets together with a Delivery team consisting of both internal as well as external experts from solution providers
- Take joint responsibility the delivery team for the daily incident management and support of both ERP programs
- Perform application management by keeping the Security Compliance Studio (SCS ISV to D365) compliant and up to date with MS releases
- Point of contact for our 2nd line offshore application support who is performing part of the access management, assure proper transition of knowledge, training, and process improvements

- A drive to succeed, like to work with details, but at the same time has a structured approach to guide both the team and the organization.
- A proven track record in working with processes
- Analytical and be able to manage many different stakeholders and tasks at the same time
- Experience in accounting, auditing or ERP project or systems.
- Experience in D365FO or other application management is a pre
- Knowledge of project management or other role showing team lead skills
- Ideally a higher education within Economics, IT or a combination of IT and business
- Fluency in English and Danish
