Are you ready to kick-start your career? We are searching for a graduate with an interest in data driven marketing, who wants to actively participate in developing the future digital solutions.
As graduate in Siemens Digital Industries, you will participate in a 24-month graduate program, working from our headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark, with the possibility to get a 2-month rotation in one of our international offices.
From a Digital Selling perspective, you will work across - and in close collaboration with – our sales, marketing and communications departments, defining and executing activities that can help increase our market share. Your focus will be on extracting the possibilities created by the digitalization through the use of data.
To build on your competences and to support your work, you will get a thorough introduction to the different departments in Siemens Digital Industries. This means that you through the program will change organizational reference and be involved in selected tasks within each department.
We expect you to take on your own areas of responsibility, and to actively contribute to implement those of your inputs, selected by your manager. In exchange we offer you an exciting and educational transition from your studies into your first, professional job.

Your main work tasks
As graduate you will be working on developing the digital solutions which includes:
- strengthening Digital Industries within data driven sales, e-commerce, digital selling marketing, digital demand and lead generation
- mapping the current situation and contribute with objects and analysis to begin with
- coming up with recommendations, implementing and leading new workflows aiming to fulfill these objects as your next task, based on your findings
To succeed in the role, you
- have completed a university college degree or master’s degree, with a solid result and preferably had a relevant study job
- have competences within e-commerce, digital marketing and B2B sales
- have the desire to learn new digital tools, so that you can be hands on with both execution and analysis
- are structured, good at planning and eager to learn
- are a team player but also able to work individually
- have the ability to solve complex challenges
- are fully proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken
