Our new Country CEO for Denmark observes the market in the respective geographical responsibility to identify, lead and execute business opportunities according to corporate Mobility strategies and to emphasize our claim to be the market leader for digitalization in our industry. The new Country CEO is acting as a trusted partner to the CEO of Region North East Europe (SMO NEE) and will be expected to build up the strategic backbone for the new business in Denmark.

The new Country CEO is acting as a trusted partner to the CEO of Region North East Europe (SMO NEE) and will be expected to build up the strategic backbone for the new business in Denmark.
Your key responsibilities
- You are representing Siemens Mobility to customers, suppliers, government and the media by fostering an intimate and trusting partnership with our stakeholders
- You are directing and controlling the activities to achieve its short and long-term financial and operating objectives (e.g. profitability, productivity, market share) as set by the overall corporate business plans
- You are anticipating market developments and new ways of thinking and are responsible for market penetration and demand generation
- You are developing the business of Siemens in Denmark
- You are setting the highest priority on EHS and compliance, you are furthermore legally responsible for these topics
- You are taking care for growing the revenue & margin as well as for cost optimization by shaping a lean organization to improve competitiveness
- You may commit Siemens Mobility BUs and affiliated companies to commercial terms and conditions, working within the relevant limits of authority and framework aligned with SMO BUs & Corporate Functions upfront
- You will have statutory accountability for the legal entity representing Siemens Mobility in Denmark including the external and formal responsibilities and personal liabilities. Therefore, you are empowered to request all necessary information about Siemens Mobility operations in the country
- You are coaching, guiding and developing a team of senior managers to ensure that SMO NEE Denmark achieves its business objectives and follows all relevant national regulations and laws by establishing a culture of compliance among the different Siemens Mobility operations
- You are handling customer relations to provide customer feedback as well as market- and competitor information to SMO Management Board
Your previous experience & qualification
- You are holding a Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Technical Engineering or similar field
- You have studied or gained experiences in Business Administration
- You have 5 - 10 years of management experience within Mobility or Transportation business
- You have strong leadership experience with people and customer management accountability
- You are experienced in redefining customer requirements into beneficial and strategic business models
- You are experienced in dealing with investment projects by using your strong PM skills
- You have a deep knowledge about the railway industry including a comprehensive understanding of future requirements (e.g. digital transformation, software and data-driven analysis) and its implications on our business
- You have a clear understanding of successfully aligning the business models in your country to the wider SMO strategy
- You are used to work closely with senior Executives effectively and communicating with them on a range of commercial, strategic and operational business issues
- You have a high level of intercultural sensitivity and the ability to deal confidentially and expertly with senior managers in your country and beyond
- You have excellent English and Danish language skills
