Global LearningSpecialist to secure Product learning in Ambu
We offer a challenging position where you will join the educational function PREPARE within Global Marketing to ensure Ambu’s future success by developing, delivering, and maintaining high-end adaptive eLearning courses targeted to an audience with versatile backgrounds but with one denominator: Sales execution. You will be part of a small team and refer to the Senior Global Product Education Manager, and you will serve the entire Ambu product portfolio.
As a team we are responsible for all clinically relevant e-Learning activities in a company that employs nearly 3.000 people and operate in more than 20 countries. The position as Global LearningSpecialist is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.
As Global Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for development of new courses for our adaptive learning platform “Ambu PREPARE” in close cooperation with Ambu’s global product managers.
Your primary areas of responsibility:
To succeed in this position, you have a flair for de-constructing content into small measurable pieces combined with a flair for commercial thinking. You may have a clinical education, or you are a newly educated journalist or teacher - or maybe you are a Product Manager with a strong interest in learning/education.
Global Learning Specialist with a strong educational abilities
As Global Learning specialist, it is important that you are curious and interested in developing your own skills across Ambu’s multiple clinical areas and that you can master new therapeutic areas fast and efficient. Experience from healthcare or the MedTech industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Any experience in developing training material using a learning management system is an advantage too.
As a person you are self-driven, proactive and have a positive attitude. You are structured and can prioritize and organize your work to meet deadlines. You are outgoing and it motivates you to be a part of a team, just as you thrive in teamwork across geography and functions.
Since Ambu is a global company and English is our corporate language fluency in English both orally and in writing is necessary.
