Do you want to lead the future global rewards strategy for Ambu? Do you want to make a difference and work with products that save lives and improve patient care?
You will join our Global HR team in an OMX C25 company, and be based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup. You will be part of a truly collaborative environment and report directly to the Global VP of HR. You work closely with key stakeholders across the organization and Executive Management.
Ambu develops, manufactures, and sells medical devices. Millions of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide depend on the functionality and performance of our innovative life- saving products.
Your Responsibilities
You ensure competitive and efficient rewards structures and partner with global HR and key global stakeholders from APAC, EMEA and the US. Create and manage rewards initiatives, such as short- and long-term incentive programs. You will create the strategy for total rewards, including compensation processes and work together with internal and external stakeholders. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying your analytical mindset.
Key Objectives are:
• Running the annual salary review in SuccessFactors
• Partnering with Finance to deliver the annual remuneration report
• Rolling out external benchmarks where appropriate
• Continuing to roll-out compensation data in SuccessFactors with HR Systems team
• Supporting Executive Management with Remuneration Committee meetings
• Managing the yearly employee share program in collaboration with Finance
• Strong partnership with local and global HR – training and managing strategic rewards projects
A strong analytical mindset and master of rewards
You have worked with setting a rewards strategy within an international organization. You are a trusted advisor to Executive Management as well as the global HR organization. You are structured, proactive and work well in a dynamic environment.
You also have:
• A relevant educational background in human resources, business administration, finance, or similar
• Experience with Mercer IPE or knowledge of other compensation and benefits methodologies
• You are a trusted advisor and exceptional at building long-lasting relationships
• Excellent English skills, spoken as well as written, and Danish as an advantage
