What you will do
Topdanmark is for the years to come modernizing and redesigning its application service portfolio which requires a modernization and redesign of supporting platforms and services including the API/Application security platform.
We are looking for a Platform engineer or Developer with a strong application and API security integration mindset that can help the Application Security & Integration team (4x engineers and 1x solution manager) with:
How we work
The Application Security & Integration team is a platform product team (full lifecycle service responsibility) providing a shared service by means of the platform to several feature product feature teams. You will thus be working closely together a lot of fellow developers, engineers, architects, security and infrastructure specialists.
We manage our work and collaborate by using a kanban-like methodology.
The team work together using a family and long-distance friendly model where the team on periodically basis meet at the office in Ballerup while working from home the rest of the time.
About you
We expect you to be a helpful person that loves to share your knowledge and ideas with fellow engineers and developers. You get excited and thrilled when a fellow developer tag you with a high-five for a job well done. You think that while curiosity may have killed the cat learning and playing activities are required to make your work better tomorrow. You also believe automation and security are key factors to your future job success.
Your tool belt may include one or more of standards, technologies, and products like OpenAPI, REST, encryption algorithms, X.509 certificates, OpenID, OAuth, SAML, RBAC modelling, Active Directory, Azure AD, Kubernetes / Docker, tools from a CI/CD tool chains and AWS cloud platform understanding.
Maybe you have 30 years of experience with developing applications, or you are just about to complete your final thesis in computer science or engineering - we would like to get to hear from you no matter what.

What you will do
Topdanmark is for the years to come modernizing and redesigning its application service portfolio which requires a modernization and redesign of supporting platforms and services including the API/Application security platform.
We are looking for a Platform engineer or Developer with a strong application and API security integration mindset that can help the Application Security & Integration team (4x engineers and 1x solution manager) with:
- Design, build, rollout and operate the next generation API/Application security platform (Hybrid Cloud)
- Maintain and optimize the automation and configuration of the existing API/Application security platform and supporting services until end of operation
- Help migrate solutions from the existing platform to the new platform
- Support and counsel developers, architects, and solution managers in their daily work
- Work closely with the process team to automate various ITSM processes and with infrastructure and DevOps teams to handle automation of platform deployment and operation
