Job Description

Power Tools- department has opened a position where you will be working with:
- Owner of Business Operations (BOP) Nordics (DK, SE, FI, NO, LV, LT, ET)
- Operational management of and accountability for Business Operations in Nordics, leading coaching regional BOP organization with a mindset of positive leadership
- Regional User Contact Center coordination (contact to service agency)
- Continuous improvement of regional Business Operations organization and realization of a lean setup. Responsibility for change management, driving and enabling automation, active participation in best practice exchange and supporting expert networking
- Drive business process standardization, improvement, and automation (including RPA, workflow automation, process mining, regional reporting automation) in close collaboration with functional teams on the regional level
- Regular alignment with all stakeholders in region and external partners. Escalation of topics (vs. customers, functions) as well as reporting customer and market feedback to Continental owners and central BOP Center of Competence
- In addition, active member of capability expert teams or even capability owner
- Rollout support for central projects and application of central guidelines & templates
- Standardization of overarching Customer Logistics tasks & processes in alignment between the related parties
Qualifications
We are looking after someone who is/has:
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes & Business operations management
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Service and results orientation for internal and external customers
- Proven leadership and coaching skills and role model
- Conceptional & analytical skills
- 1 Nordic language is an advantage
