We are looking for a Portfolio Consultant to help drive the Nordic organizational transformation in Tryg.

We are already well on our way, working with identifying and initiating strategic actions to prepare and move our organization into the future. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for Portfolio and execution processes that will help drive the Nordic organizational transformation in relation to our latest acquisition, where Trygg-Hansa and Codan NO are being integrated into the Tryg family.
As a Portfolio Consultant, you will collaborate with the programme management, the IT organization, and relevant stakeholders across Tryg.
In this role you will:
Continuous improvement is what drives the transformation process and what is the foundation for us to succeed and move forward. We use agile methodologies and you will have various responsibilities in your role, so flexibility is the key.
About you | Strategy and portfolio management
You hold a master’s degree combined with 2-5 years’ experience with portfolio management, including agile methodology, strategy execution and transformation.
Most likely, you have experience working as a Management Consultant, Transformation Consultant, a role in a PMO function or similar.
In addition, you:
You communicate clearly in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing. English is our main working language so a strong command of English is required. Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Swedish is a plus but not a requirement. Also, we imagine that you have worked across multiple industries, countries, and functions to ensure that you can take an active role in most situations.

As a Portfolio Consultant, you will collaborate with the programme management, the IT organization, and relevant stakeholders across Tryg.
In this role you will:
- Be a part of one of the biggest integration programmes in the Nordics
- Have an active stake in driving the transition and transformation programme responsible for integrating Trygg-Hansa and Codan NO by supporting the programme management on different tasks and processes e.g. portfolio reporting, resource management, executive reporting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and ad hoc support
- Have responsibility to shape, drive, coordinate and execute different processes in the Programme
- Analyze portfolio performance including progress, financials, and risks, and at the same time play an important role in ensuring feedback-loops, optimize processes and support the project leaders and management team on different matters
- Be working on a variety of different strategic portfolio topics, where the tasks are of very high importance to both IT and other business areas in Tryg
- Prepare strategic proposals, executive reporting, and other ad hoc documentation incl. design and documentation of processes

In addition, you:
- Have experience with agile ways of working as well as more traditional project management methodologies, and can organize and get things done by taking a leading role – maybe you have worked as a project manager yourself so that you easily can understand the mindset and frameworks our project managers operate in
- Have experience with developing / conceptualizing new approaches and executing on these through strong facilitation of processes with different roles across an organization
- Identify new and innovative ways to problem solving, move forward with ideas and overcome roadblocks to push through
- Are used to deliver content and decision proposal to senior management through strong storytelling, and have profound experience with stakeholder management across and at all levels within an organization, hence political clout is something you possess
- Have a holistic approach: high-level overview and know when to go in details (to work both top-down and bottom-up) – hence you have an analytical mindset and love to go into depth when needed
- Are a master with numbers and can navigate easily in excel sheets, ensuring that you are always two steps ahead
- Are an expert when it comes to juggling multiple tasks, deliveries, and stakeholders at once – all while maintaining a strong structure to ensure that everything achieves the best result possible
