About The Role
In our team we specifically work on creating easy and accessible features and systems for our customers in Tryg when they need to file in a claim. We are responsible for both developing the digital claims platform as well as developing new features for handling claims in Tryg.
You will be part of our strong Claims IT Development-team, which is partnering with Tryg Claims/Skade. Our team is characterized by an unpretentious culture, strong skills, and a positive atmosphere. We are 30+ dedicated colleagues who are allocated to a SAFe ART in various agile teams in roles such as RTE, SA, Scrum Masters and team members with skills as Business and Technical analyst. Other stakeholders are Product Management and Development-teams, where you will work on maintaining and bridging our strong cooperation.
You will carry the responsibility for a team of 12-15 employee such as Scrum Masters and team members with competencies such as business analysts, developers, architects, etc. You will function as an operational day-to-day manager, focusing on elements such as 1-1 conversations, performance evaluation, and building the team and their competencies. We believe in being hands-on and providing specialized professional sparring within the given specialized areas.
Your Main Responsibilities will be
• Recruitment and HR function for employees and consultants, including managing headcounts and scalability.
• Develop and drive people strategy
• Ensure development of competences and career paths, employee performance reviews, together with People & Communication.
• Giving specialized sparring within i.e. Insurance or IT and tech.

We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Lean Agile approaches on all levels of the organization.
As a person you are genuinely interested in helping other people succeed. You have probably worked in several larger agile set-ups, preferably you also have some experience from a larger international organization.
