About the role
In our team, we work specifically on helping our business with Document solutions, such as letters, emails, sms, where our customers get important information about their insurance. You could say that we are the link between Tryg and Tryg’s customers when it comes to communication, which is essential to ensure that our customers both get the help and the service they need when they need help from us.
The team consists of two Papyrus-developers, a Solution Architect, a Product Owner, and you as BA.
We are a small Scrum team, with strong competencies and close relationships, where we think it is important to support, help and play each other well. The tone is informal, and feedback is key, as we all strive to grow as people and develop our skills. Other stakeholders will typically be different business units in Tryg, as well as other teams in the IT department in Tryg.
In your everyday life you will have to handle tasks such as
• Write User Stories / Enabler Stories, Subtasks etc.
• Define and write requirements for IT solutions together with your Team
• Clarify and document requirements for solutions with the business
• Participate in PI planning with different business units in Tryg
These tasks are important because as a Business Analyst you are responsible for making sure that our organisation´s needs are met, described, documented, so your team can devise and develop the right solution.
We value different backgrounds, education, and experiences. The most important thing for us is that you come with in-depth knowledge of the Business Analyst role, as well as know agile methods and Scrum. Business understanding and empathy are essential for collaboration between development, operations, security and business.
In the role of Business Analyst, you will handle the dialogue between the teams that are located in the business and your own team. You will be the one who ensures that the requirements from the business are described and documented, so your team consisting of developers are, able to understand and translate the requirements into IT solutions.
About you
Because you have to work with business requirements, where you have to write User Stories and make documentation, we also think it is important that you
• Have worked as a Business Analyst and have a Business Analyst certification
• Have a strong business understanding
• Have worked in agile environments, Scrum or SAFe teams
• Speak and write English and Danish or Norwegian
It will be an advantage if you know Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and if you have experience from IT similar positions it is also a plus, but not a requirement.
