Right now, EPOS is looking for an experience Mobile App Software Test Lead to join our Software Test team focused on ensuring the highest quality in our mobile applications.
In this role you will be software test lead in a scrum team, working hands-on together with colleagues on project activities. You will be responsible for defining Mobile App test strategy, implementing plans for manual- and automated-testing, processes, and quality governance of your project deliveries to stakeholders.

You will work alongside architects, developers, testers and product owners and you will work closely with colleagues across two sites - Denmark and India. We value teamwork, with great emphasis on team. Each one of us contributes to reaching the same goal to deliver an end-to-end headset product solution to market.

Your contribution: Accountable for Mobile App project test activities

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Drive project and make cross-functional test plans and test strategy covering the EPOS Mobile App and EPOS products within ECO-system and with end-to-end holistic testing covering aspects from functionality, performance, and usability, all with focus on the end users.
- Responsible for coordination in a distributed setup to ensure clear communication and the representative for the tests in the project when delivering test status and reports.
- You'll be at the forefront of evaluating and implementing new testing languages, frameworks, stay ahead of the testing game, to enable continuous testing on mobile Apps.
- Use your broad testing experience and expertise to guide and train your fellow team members.
To succeed in the role, you have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years solid experience with a similar Mobile App test manager role / Test and QA coordination role on iOS and Android platforms.
- Passion for driving testing and agile quality assurance with a proven track record.
- Focus on smart ways of working by utilizing automation opportunities.
- Tester mindset, exploratory skills, structured with a sense of detail.
- Ideally experience within device I/O on difference platforms (Windows and MacOS) and difference protocols (USB, Bluetooth).
