Behind the title In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Services with colleagues in India and Denmark, ensuring daily operations of Services processes across all PSnet domains globally, providing advanced troubleshooting, while focusing on agile implementation – raising security levels and simplifying operations on PSnet. In addition, you will perform daily operations and maintenance, including life cycle management, for services such as anti-malware, Application Whitelisting, security agents, file transfer, mobile device management (MDM), DHCP, and ACS to ensure stable operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring a standardized IT infrastructure platform and coordinate the global implementation of technical requirements Acting as a technical lead in relevant projects approved by management along with staying ahead on industry trends and assess new products and technologies Evaluating feasibility of concepts and services from vendors and adapt to Novo Nordisk usages globally Defining and documenting future architectures and ensure scalability Coordination/project management of global implementation of technical architectures Build strong relations to the owners and customers of Production Infrastructure as well as take overall responsibility for deliveries to customers in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements Ensure quality, cost effectiveness and performance of services delivered from GITO-PI (Global IT Operations - Production Infrastructure) The skills we hope to see We are looking for a candidate who can fulfil most of the following requirements for this position: Bachelor`s, Master`s, MBA or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) At least 5-10 years of experience with Infrastructure and technologies in large corporations along with experience in implementation and maintenance of IT solutions within large IT projects Deep understanding in anti-malware, Application Whitelisting, security agents, file transfer, mobile device management (MDM), DHCP & ACS Strong knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements and ITIL, (ITIL Foundation certified) Strong business understanding and ability to support relations to line of business management Knowledge on Agile tools e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe considered as a plus On a personal level you support a winning culture and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You can establish and maintain relationships with line of business management and collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties, vendors, consultants, customers, and authorities. You have strong communication skills, proficiency in English, a large degree of flexibility and ability to work under strong time pressure. The team waiting for you Our Production IT Infrastructure department is responsible for setting the direction of a global uniform IT infrastructure in Product Supply by delivering compliant operations, effective IT Security controls and best-practice infrastructure standards. Moreover, we look after the definition, implementation, and maintenance of Product Supply IT network infrastructure (PSnet) supporting the manufacturing equipment and applications that are used in the production process. PSnet can be seen as a large network that connects and aligns all the Novo Nordisk productions networks in a uniform and regulated approach.
