Let’s talk about the role In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Citrix with colleagues in India and Denmark, ensuring daily operations of Citrix processes across all PSnet domains globally, providing advanced troubleshooting, while focusing on agile implementation – raising security levels and simplifying operations on PSnet. Your key responsibilities will include: Guarantee daily operations of Citrix for all PSnet domains globally Ensure standards to raise security and simplify our operations on PSnet globally Act as a strong advisor within the Citrix domain for colleagues in India and Denmark Evaluate feasibility of concepts and services from vendors and adapt to Novo Nordisk usages globally Being responsible for coordination of global implementation of technical requirements Build strong relations to the owners and customers of Production Infrastructure Take responsibility for deliveries to customers in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements What we scout for We are looking for a candidate who can fulfil most of the following requirements for this position: Bachelor`s, Master`s, MBA or similar graduate degree within a relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) At least 3-5 years of experience with Citrix Infrastructure and technologies in large corporations along with deep knowledge in configuration, operation of NetScaler and NetScaler functionality (load balancing, SLL-offloading, and traffic control) Expertise in generic infrastructure related technologies Skills in ITIL, (ITIL Foundation certified) along with good business understanding Experience and knowledge in scripting and automation/optimizing is considered as a plus Knowledge on Agile tools e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is considered as a plus On a personal level you support a winning culture and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You can establish and maintain relationships with line of business management and collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties, vendors, consultants, customers, and authorities. You have strong communication skills, proficiency in English, a large degree of flexibility and ability to work under strong time pressure. What team to join Our Production IT Infrastructure department is responsible for setting the direction of a global uniform IT infrastructure in Product Supply by delivering compliant operations, effective IT Security controls and best-practice infrastructure standards. Moreover, we look after the definition, implementation, and maintenance of Product Supply IT network infrastructure (PSnet) supporting the manufacturing equipment and applications that are used in the production process. PSnet can be seen as a large network that connects and aligns all the Novo Nordisk productions networks in a uniform and regulated approach.
