The Position
We are seeking a meticulous professional with a passion for software testing. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring the quality of digital solutions for complex processes delivered to our colleagues.
Key responsibilities: Test Case Creation: Support projects with the creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. Test Execution: Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results. Defects Management: Identify, record, and track defects throughout the testing process. Work closely with the development team to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely manner. Defects Reporting: Prepare and present reports on defect trends and test coverage. Use this data to drive improvements in product quality and testing efficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development teams to ensure consistent project execution, providing feedback and recommendations based on testing results and defect management. You will report to the Head of Compliance, Test & Validation, Volker J. Jentzsch (VJZ). The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark.

We expect that you: Hold a B.Sc. or equivalent degree in a pertinent field Demonstrate a track record in the role of a Software Tester or similar position Possess certifications in T-Map and/or ISTQB Foundation Exhibit proficiency in project management and have a thorough understanding of QA methodology Have familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing processes Showcase the ability to evaluate and document defects, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving aptitude As an individual, you exhibit ambition and innovation with a focus on achieving results. Your work approach is outcome-driven, characterized by a high level of organization, energy, curiosity, and a positive mindset. You possess a talent for collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. Above all, your enthusiasm lies in driving digital transformation throughout the entire value chain.

You will be part of the Compliance, Test & Validation team within the DD&IT PS Technology Foundation and Transformation unit, where we change the way we work in Product Supply. We focus on supporting projects with test case creation and test execution.
