As our new Audio Algorithm Specialist you will be part of a highly skilled and fast-paced team responsible for delivering both innovation and best-in-class headset quality. You will be part of our DSP team with colleagues located at EPOS headquarters in Ballerup. Our Digital Signal Processing team is part of Audio Solutions which also consists of an Audio Engineering team responsible for acoustic development, algorithm tuning, measurements and objective and subjective testing. Collectively, Audio Solutions are responsible for everything related to audio performance. To make premium products, all disciplines must work closely together and hence you will also collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical engineers.
Solid algorithm development skills
We are looking for an Audio Algorithm Specialist that has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge about designing and implementing competitive audio algorithms relevant for communication devices.

Solid algorithm development skills
We are looking for an Audio Algorithm Specialist that has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge about designing and implementing competitive audio algorithms relevant for communication devices.
Ideally you meet the following requirements:
- Relevant M.Sc. degree or higher, and minimum 5 years of experience developing competitive audio processing algorithms.
- Proficiency in fast prototyping of algorithm concepts offline and/or real-time
- You work confidently with machine learning for embedded solutions, and naturally evaluate where and how it can be used taking all relevant constraints into consideration
- You have extensive knowledge about echo cancellation and noise reduction algorithms, including both linear and non-linear processing techniques.
- You are well versed in optimizing algorithms on both system and modular level
- You are confident in and like to guide and mentor colleagues within your area of expertise
- You are experienced in reading up on latest advancements in the audio processing field
