We are looking for a new colleague that will drive complex initiatives in our centralised Process Automation unit. The tasks will vary in content and complexity but will require diplomatic and clear communication skills to navigate in a political environment. You will be part of a strong technical team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes whilst pushing the Microsoft Power Platform to its maximum potential.
Key responsibilities
•Lead strategic and technical initiatives towards senior and global stakeholders.
•Facilitate tactical and strategic fora with transformative and technical agendas.
•Be a pro-active and close partner to the Product Supply Line of Business to continuously increase their automation maturity.
•Contribute actively across the internal team with concrete insights from internal and external experiences.
•Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide guidance on how and when to use automation technologies.
•Inspire across Product Supply with technological opportunities, ways of working and efficient compliance processes. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements: •Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field
•2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives for senior stakeholders
•Strong knowledge of IT and preferably process automation technologies
•Experience with agile development methodologies and/or IT project management
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for automation solutions in regulated industries, such as pharma, healthcare or finance
•Fluent English communication skills We are looking for a team player, who is motivated by helping and motivating others. You will be part of the central unit PS Technology Foundation and Transformation, where we change the way we work in Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 25,000+ employees globally across five continents, being responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products. The role is part of the Process Automation Enablement area in PS Technology Foundation and Transformation which is responsible for pushing the usage of Process Automation technologies to the fullest.
