If so, we are looking for a Senior Digitalisation Partner to enable and empower Product Supply to navigate in the Process Automation space. The Position
We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for accelerating the professional usage of all aspects of the Microsoft Power Platform across Product Supply. You will be part of a strong technical team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues and pushing the Power Platform to its maximal potential. Your key effort will be used to assist Line of Business with understanding the opportunities within Process Automation and eventually consult them in building their development teams based on best practices from the centralized team. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading strategic and technical initiatives for senior and global stakeholders. Facilitating tactical and strategic forums with transformative and technical agendas. Being a proactive and close partner to the Product Supply Line of Business to continuously increase their automation maturity. Contributing actively across the internal team with concrete insights from internal and external experiences. Working closely with business users to understand their needs and provide guidance on how and when to use automation technologies. Inspiring Product Supply with technological opportunities, ways of working, and efficient compliance processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: A master’s degree or equivalent in a related field, with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role and a track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives for senior stakeholders. Strong knowledge of IT and preferably process automation technologies. Experience with agile development methodologies and/or IT project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for automation solutions in regulated industries, such as pharma, healthcare, or finance. Fluent English communication skills. As a person, you are a team player who is motivated by helping and inspiring others. Product Supply is the largest organizational unit in Novo Nordisk with 25,000+ employees globally across five continents, being responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
The role is part of the Power Platform Partnering team in PS Technology Foundation and Transformation which is responsible for pushing the usage of Automation technologies to the fullest. We focus on the Microsoft Power Platform as our core competency and encourage a curious and innovative approach to new technological opportunities.
