Novo Nordisk invites you to apply for the position of EIM (Enterprise Information Modeling) Capability Architect, where you'll be part of our innovative Global Data & AI department. This is your opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking data-driven solutions within a global healthcare leader. What will you be doing? As an EIM Capability Architect, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models using the Erwin Data Modeler tool.

  • Analysing and translating business requirements into technical data designs.

  • Performing data mapping and normalization to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement best practices.

  • Validating data models against business rules and standards.

  • Participating in data governance and data management initiatives.

    • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Understanding API integration for the consumption of these data model Attributes from Erwin to any UI will be an added advantage. This will help Map the model attributes to be consumed on UI. Hence a Server-side knowledge on Erwin will be a added advantage.

    • Which competencies to bring? We imagine the ideal candidate meets most of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience working as a Data Modeler, with proficiency in Erwin Data Modeler tool.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical).

  • Experience in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Relevant certifications in data modeling or database technologies are a plus.
