We are looking for a new colleague for our Performance management team. You will play a crucial role in creating transparency and in-dept analysis and reporting for the business.

As a part of Performance Management you’ll join a strong finance community with more than 150 highly skilled colleagues, across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate
In the Performance management function, you will work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis & Business Partnering team, as well as ’s management team in general. To be the anchor point for the group wide financial processes and performance management setup, it is crucial that you master cross organizational networking, collaboration and the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the business.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in business finance, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in large corporations or consultancy, and knowledge of Group FP&A or performance management. You should be a fast learner, passionate about the vertical software industry, and able to inspire diverse teams towards a common goal.

Key responsibilities and tasks
In Performance management you will:
- Support the transformation of ’s performance management setup, by pushing the performance management agenda and strive to establish a best-in-class financial analytics setup, which includes a continuous focus on identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business units to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and benefit realization from our new state of the art system setup (Jira, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Constant drive to improve methodologies and processes around reporting & analysis including non-financial topics.
- Create transparency around the Financial performance, through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
- Support CFO and management with strat ic analysis and problem solving.
- Collaborate with the finance team on joint presentations, business reviews and analysis.
