We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented B2B Web UX and Performance Specialist to own and drive [xxxxx]'s public websites.

A role with global impact

As our Global Front-end UX Web Specialist, you will take ownership of [xxxxx]'s public websites, aligning them with our brand and strategy while employing a strategic, business-oriented approach. The position is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Digital Marketing Team that is a part of the Global Brand & Marketing Communication team. You will be working closely with colleagues at headquarters and in our sales territories. The role involves creating and publishing high-performing landing pages, campaign pages, and product pages with a focus on UX and CRO best practices. Furthermore, you will act as the expert on optimising user journeys and conversion paths and provide support to local editors.

Key responsibilities

  • Own our website user journey including content creation and performance monitoring to ensure desired KPI’s are met


  • Collaborate with MarCom Managers on content creation and performance optimisation


  • Analyse and track user behaviour with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and GA4


  • Monitor and optimize page layouts, CTAs, and content structure to increase engagement and conversion


  • Ensure on-page SEO best practices in collaboration with the Paid Specialist.


  • Manage publishing workflows and regulatory documentation within regulatory IT system.


  • Provide support for [xxxxx].com corporate units i.e. HR, IR, and ESG activities


Suggested candidate profile

To thrive in this role, you should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performing B2B global websites, including web design and web copywriting along with in-depth experience in customer journey optimisation and UX.

More specifically, you have:

  • In-depth experience from a HQ setting with the ability to ensure highest possible quality of global websites within given frameworks, optimizing user experience and conversion rate optimization


  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms; familiarity with Dynamic Web 9 is a plus


  • An analytic and business-oriented approach to website optimisation using tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and GA4


  • Ideally have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS

You are highly analytical, relying on data to make decisions and setting clear KPIs to monitor and drive performance. Your positive energy, structured approach, and self-motivated nature complement your ability to take ownership and responsibility. Furthermore, you are collaborative, team-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in website UX management.
