We arelooking for a new dedicated colleague to join our Airfreight Import Team in Billund.looking for a new dedicated colleague to join our Airfreight Import Team in Billund.What can you expect?Coordinating and ensuring timely bookings with airline on customer behalf Follow-up with airline to keep track of departure information and updates Allocating and planning our daily consolidations Responsibility for timely completion of export documents Coordination with both customer, warehouse, airlines, gateway operations and dispatch for timely movement of cargo Preparation, routing, and cutting of air bills and manifests Preparation of price quotations Registration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documents Providing excellent, timely and proactive customer service at all time Being accountable of ensuring that internal procedures and guidelines are adhered to Implementation of new customers, suppliers and procedures Coordinating and ensuring timely bookings with airline on customer behalfFollow-up with airline to keep track of departure information and updatesAllocating and planning our daily consolidationsResponsibility for timely completion of export documentsCoordination with both customer, warehouse, airlines, gateway operations and dispatch for timely movement of cargoPreparation, routing, and cutting of air bills and manifestsPreparation of price quotationsRegistration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documentsProviding excellent, timely and proactive customer service at all timeBeing accountable of ensuring that internal procedures and guidelines are adhered toImplementation of new customers, suppliers and proceduresWhat do we expect?Have experience from a similar role Have an interest in cross trade as this is a significant part of the department's overall business area Speak and write Danish and English fluently Have a hands-on approach to freight forwarding Are well organized when working under pressure Can adapt to changing circumstances Focus on finding solutions instead of seeing limitations Are a team player and have good interpersonal skills Have experience from a similar roleHave an interest in cross trade as this is a significant part of the department's overall business areaSpeak and write Danish and English fluentlyHave a hands-on approach to freight forwardingAre well organized when working under pressureCan adapt to changing circumstancesFocus on finding solutions instead of seeing limitationsAre a team player and have good interpersonal skills
