We’re looking for an experienced digital designer to work on the Customer Tribe initiative in Grundfos.
This role would ideally suit an experienced UX & UI design professional with commercial or business experience and looking to lead the development of a key customer centricity platform in Grundfos.
Core Responsibilities:
You’ll split your time between working in product teams responsible for the development of a key new internal product as well as developing and driving the customer tribe platform by establishing tools and ways to develop end user ways of developing products in the different project teams in Grundfos.
This is a permanent role based in our Denmark Digital center. We are introducing a hybrid model allowing a split of working from the Hub but also working from home for a number of days per week where appropriate.
Working closely with engineer, design and business partners, digital designers are a vital element of each of our product teams. In this role you will have the
opportunity to make a big impact by leading the product design of a key internal digital product, becoming a key contributor our internal design system
– and guiding the customer testing process and cultivating key insights that bring business value.

Design Business Lead

Core Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct user research to build a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours
- Carry out end to end UX/UI design including user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, interaction design and visual assets
- Identify improvement areas and optimize design solutions and user flows through user testing
- Contribute new design patterns to Grundfos design system for digital products
- Competency lead for digital designers working on digital tools and offering product teams

Do you have what it takes?
- Strong commercial experience working as a digital product designer
- Commercial experience of designing and implementing large scale digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design experience for both internal and public facing applications and services
- In depth understanding of human-centered design principles and techniques
- In depth understanding of best practices for UX and UI design patterns on mobile and web platforms as well as experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Hands on experience with UX research and service design techniques
- Experience working with design and prototyping tools, e.g. Sketch, InVision, Figma, Framer etc.
- Experience of mentoring product teams to understand how to execute with customer needs first and development second.
