At Grundfos, the Global Solution Manager Digital Tools will build and deliver commercial strategies and go-to-market plans in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the globe and translate the strategy into a successful solution.Your main responsibilities: Your main responsibilities:Define the optimal portfolio for Digital Tools by actively addressing the voice of customer
Engage closely with our customers and prospects to understand their current and future needs, translating those into digital tools capabilities and requirements
Map the customer journey and identify opportunities
Take ownership of the product lifecycle, spanning from conceptualization to launch and in-market activities, with a consistent focus on customer needs
Develop and implement global plans and activity overviews for Digitial Tools, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and defining solution-related KPI’s
Oversee commercial activities in new solutions development including co-creation with customers
Responsible for new business introductions including Go-to-Market plans and customer launch activities
Prepare and deliver business cases for new development activities

We imagine that you have:Your background:Master’s degree in business
Min. 5 years’ experience with product management, digital solutions, and services
Proficient in commercializing digital solutions
Experience in defining state of the art intuitive user interfaces
Skilled in driving user workshops with customers and key stakeholders, to understand customer requirements
Demonstrated ability to coordinate business priorities against user needs while delivering against solution roadmaps
Experience ensuring effective and empowered E2E Product & Solution Lifecycle Management
Advanced communications and facilitation skills, relationship management
Fluent in English (Both verbally and in writing) Master’s degree in businessMin. 5 years’ experience with product management, digital solutions, and servicesProficient in commercializing digital solutionsExperience in defining state of the art intuitive user interfacesSkilled in driving user workshops with customers and key stakeholders, to understand customer requirementsDemonstrated ability to coordinate business priorities against user needs while delivering against solution roadmapsExperience ensuring effective and empowered E2E Product & Solution Lifecycle ManagementAdvanced communications and facilitation skills, relationship managementFluent in English (Both verbally and in writing)What’s in it for you?
