What is the job about?As a Product Director - Singlestage, CBS your primary goal is to formulate impactful product roadmaps aligned with strategic directions in digitalization, complexity reduction, and modularity transformation. Single Stage, one of Grundfos' largest product areas, generated a revenue of 3.4 billion DKK in 2022 across various divisions.
A significant aspect of the role involves People Management, requiring the establishment and maintenance of a good team with a focus on motivation and talent development. Performance will be directly measured through the EMS results of the department.
The key to growth is the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This involves comprehending and integrating various coherent strategies—Grundfo’s overall strategy, CBS's overall strategy, Application strategies, Product Plans, and Transformational Journeys—into well-defined and aligned Solution strategies.
Your main responsibilities:
· Define and implement the global strategy and vision for Single Stage in CBS.
· Develop roadmaps, identify dependencies, explore synergies, and establish priorities across different product families, with consideration for Regions, Systems, and Circ/Boxed solutions.
· Take accountability for the overall CBS Single Stage, ensuring a robust setup for impactful product launches in markets.
· Lead People Management, focusing on motivation and talent development. Establish and sustain a high-performing global team of Product Managers and specialists.
· Provide high-level reporting of KPIs and commercial performance for the Senior Management Leadership Team (S&M LT), Division Leadership Team (DivLT), Group Leadership Team (GroupLT), and the Board of Directors.
· Engage in high-level internal stakeholder management across functions and divisions.
· Manage external stakeholders, including Customers, Partners, authorities, and institutes.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
· Master's degree in Technology and/or Business Administration.
· Over 10 years of experience in Product/Solution Management, specifically within Digital Solutions.
· More than 5 years of experience in People Management.
· Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.
· Advanced communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
· Previous experience with a large international company with a matrix organizational structure.
Personal Competencies:
· Strategy Development and Deployment.
· Innovative stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across different departments, functions, and cultures.
· Comprehensive business understanding, focusing on profitable and scalable business opportunities.
· Enhanced methodology skills for building procedures and structures.
· Empathic and inclusive management style with a focus on team performance and well-being.
· Ability to oversee and coach a highly independent team based on Grundfos Core values, Diversity, and Inclusion.
· Visibility and availability within the team, organization, and towards key stakeholders.
