Establish and optimize sales excellence capabilities
As our new Lead Business Process Owner your key responsibility will be managing and participating in projects and activities to secure the development and implementation of commercial excellence in Grundfos. The focus for this position is on establishing and optimizing processes, competencies and tools for sales. You will build the foundational capabilities needed to deliver a great customer experience effectively and efficiently and support our Divisions in delivering on their respective differentiated capabilities.
Specifically, you will:
• Lead and participate in global projects to develop and roll-out required sales capabilities
• Act as subject matter expert, design and improve processes, and run community within allotted field – External/Field Sales (leads, activities, opportunities, account management, etc.)
• Drive process- and tools optimization, adoption and understanding
• Drive process quality and efficiency by setting and monitoring process measures
• Identify, scope and deliver on process improvements
• Document processes, establish SOP’s and training material
• Ensure compliance to Grundfos process standards
• Alignment within BPO community to ensure alignment and avoid suboptimization

Lead Process Owner who is eager to make a difference
People who know you would say you are curious, structured, and enthusiastic – you always put yourself in the shoes of our customers and users in order to understand their needs and how our initiatives impact them and their business. You enjoy communicating and you can conceptualize ideas and convey them in an easy and understandable way. Furthermore, you enjoy involving and aligning with stakeholders while working on several initiatives simultaneously.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
• Have a relevant master’s degree from a business school or university
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Have business understanding, primarily obtained from working within B2B sales
• Have experience within process management and optimization
• Have great IT skills and understand how systems, AI, robotics and digital tools can assist optimize business processes (experience working with SAP and/or CRM considered a benefit)
• Are data driven and enjoy structuring business decisions based on data
• Are self-driven and structured, and can navigate complexity and ambiguity
• Are a comfortable user of PowerPoint and Excel
• Are fluent in English in both writing and speaking
