In Bjerringbro you will join Circulator and Boxed Solution Product Development within our Commercial Building Service (CBS) division.
What do we offer?As our new Senior Technical Communicator, you will be responsible for creating technical information for our products that will make it easy for our customers to choose, buy, install, and operate our current product programs as well as for future generations.
What is the job about?
As a Technical Communicator, you will bring your communication expertise to our 4 agile teams following the team’s prioritization and execute agreed activities within the sprints.
What is the job about?You will need to learn and understand the customers' and end-users needs to make sure that we create content that matches their needs.
More specifically some of your key tasks will be:Create written content that is structured and easy to find, e.g., topic-based content
Specify requirements for visual content (photos, drawings, videos, etc).
Advise product owners and stakeholders on information-specific issues, e.g. appropriate solutions or legal issues
Publish content to internal and external platforms
Ensuring that the source text is unambiguous, understandable and able to be translated into a wide range of different languages
Checking source texts for readability, translatability, ambiguities, plausibility, and consistency (also across documents)
Cooperating with technical review experts (proofreaders)
Communicate the status of your tasks to our agile teams and product owners
Coach others and help develop their professional skills via knowledge sharing (go-to person)
