E-commerce Manager


Do you want to further develop one of the industry's largest web shops? Are you up to date on all omnichannel strategies and do you have the experience that can bring Silvan.dk to the next level?

In your role as E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for sales and activities on Silvan.dk. By applying a data- and process-oriented approach, you support the company's online strategies with an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and use e-commerce as a natural connection between stores, marketing, customer service, purchasing and logistics. As E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for sales, operations, optimization and further development of Silvan.dk.

Main responsibilities

  • Run, optimize and further develop e-commerce activities
  • Optimization of user interfaces, including analysis, user tests, split tests, etc.
  • Draw up online sales budgets and forecasts, and report sales results
  • Serve as link between shops, marketing, customer service, purchasing and logistics
  • Execution, measurement and follow-up on campaigns and other activities
  • Management of E-commerce team consisting of two team members

Personal qualifications

  • You have a relevant education as well as min. 3 years’ experience within e-commerce, ideally in the retail sector
  • You have good systems awareness and a good technical overview of the various tools that are brought into play in order to optimize, further develop and run a web shop
  • You have a strong commercial mindset and understand how to drive sales within a omni-channel strategy
  • You possess an analytical, fact-based approach to performing your assignments
  • You are self-driven, ambitious and highly motivated
  • You are a team player and you contribute to close cooperation at all levels of the organization
  • You can prioritize your tasks and structure your time – also when working under pressure
  • You understand the importance of the interaction between strategic decisions and operational execution and ensure progress in your tasks
  • You can achieve strong results under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • You are business fluent in English
  • You are strong in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
