JACK & JONES has been established since 1990 and we have more than 900 stores. We are growing rapidly with approximately 100 store openings annually and numerous digitalisation initiatives.
We are looking for a Digital Store Operations Specialist to support us driving the growth of our Digital & Omnichannel initiatives, specifically: Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, Gift cards, Online Returns In-Store, Click & Collect, and our Internal Communication APP.
Your job
As a Digital Store Operations Specialist your main responsibility will be to support our international markets in achieving their targets on our different digital initiatives.
Your key stakeholders will be our Retail and Area Managers, with whom you will create a dynamic and winning culture of continuous performance analysis, training, and follow-up.
To do your job effectively, you will need a solid knowledge of the JACK&JONES customer, how our store processes work and, above all, a deep understanding of our digital initiatives. Comprehending and effectively linking these elements will be crucial to achieve what we call World Class Operations.
More specifically, your responsibilities include:

You have a passion for Omnichannel and Digital Transformation - and especially within Retail. As a person, you are optimistic, results oriented, work in a very structured manner, and make things happen. You are also ambitious, take initiative and follow through with whatever you embark on. As you will have many stakeholders in international markets, it is important that you have strong communication and training skills, that you are clear on deadlines and follow-ups and can handle many tasks at once, without compromising on quality.
Additionally, you have a genuine interest in travelling and building relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds. This is important, as this role includes about 40 days of business travel.

You become part of a dedicated team responsible for the JACK & JONES’ retail stores. With us, you will experience an international and dynamic environment characterised by a great social vibe and room for individual development.

Your job

More specifically, your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for ensuring that our international markets achieve their overall objectives in our digital initiatives.
- Partner with our Retail and Area Managers to identify business opportunities by understanding existing pain points and store needs to raise customer experience and performance.
- Take care of the outreach, training, implementation, and follow-up of all our digital initiatives across the entire retail chain.
- Recurring communication of analytical insights and actions to key stakeholders to contribute to the business growth of the organization.
- Proactively drive a robust support model to ensure that stores are serviced according to their needs, especially at busy times.
- Build a strong relationship with international markets to encourage feedback and share best practices and lessons learned to drive future improvements.
Qualifications
- Min 2-3 years of field experience in retail (working with Digital Initiatives is an advantage)
- Holding a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is a benefit, but not a must (Economics, Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English - additional languages are an advantage.
