We are currently on a strategic journey from a product-oriented manufacturing company to a customer-driven global solution partner.
As our new Investor Relations Manager, you will be the main coordinator of the Investor Relations function and the go to person for external financial analysts. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will assist her and the Finance Leadership team in other financial and strategic projects. You will nurture external relationships and at the same time get a lot of internal exposure thanks to many cross functional collaborations.
This is an unique opportunity for a finance generalist who wants to learn more about Investor Relations and work closely with group management of a global company.

Main responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly financial reports in cooperation with Group Finance
- Prepare earnings calls including presentations, speaker notes and Q&A
- Manage relationships with analysts and investors together with Group Management
- Organize investor calls and meetings for Group Management, including preparing presentations and talking points.
- Advise Group Management on an ongoing basis on IR strategy and critical IR topics.
- Ensure full compliance with rules and regulations for a listed company in close cooperation with Group Legal
- Plan and conduct capital market days and other investor events.
- Support Group Management in group wide projects developing strategies and driving execution
Finance generalist with strong communication skills ready for the next step
We image that the ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Master’s in economics, finance or similar.
- Fluent business English.
- Finance generalist with 3-5 years of experience within FP&A, Group Finance & Accounting, Investor Relations or Consulting
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and experience with financial reporting and producing written financial materials &PPTs
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand and explain key drivers for financial performance
- Sound understanding of financial reporting standards in public companies
- High energy-level and working determinedly and efficiently to get a lot of things done without compromising quality.
- Good understanding of valuation and financial modelling techniques used by investors and analysts.
- Sound understanding of capital markets and performance metrics for public companies.
- Strong relationship builder internally and externally. The position is an individual contributor and will have to rely on several other functions to collaborate and contribute.
