Do you want to take our Ecommerce platform to the next level?
Nilfisk is on a major digital transformation journey connecting our customers, our Partners, our employees and our solutions around the world. We have already entered the future of cleaning by applying IoT and AI to deliver digital services and communication to relevant stakeholders. As a key element in this strategic transformation of the company, the Digital Marketing team is currently developing various newly established leading digital solutions.
Drive the commercial development of our eCommerce platform
As our new Ecommerce Manager you will have the opportunity to develop and expand a global ecommerce strategy. We have throughout 2020 implemented Salesforce’s new eCommerce cloud platform in EMEA and will in 2021 expand to America as well. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be heading the further roll out across Nilfisk and ensure that the commercial potential of the platform will be materialized. To do so, you will take ownership of the platform and ensure it is used and developed to satisfy external and internal needs.
Your primary tasks will be:
A digitally ambitious eCommerce marketeer
We imagine that you have a Master degree from a Business School or University, where you will have obtained sales, analytics and marketing understanding. You will have more than 5 years of experience in a commercial digital marketing role, with focus on digital user journeys, preferably within an international B2B organization. If you have experience managing an eCommerce platform, that would be an advantage. It would also be beneficial if you have commercial and P&L expertise and key account management experience. You will also have a good multicultural understanding which makes it possible for you to manage stakeholders in an international context.
As a person you are analytical and data driven which makes it possible for you to create good business cases. You are focused on achieving your targets and the execution of the defined strategy. You enjoy cross-functional collaborations and you are able to create long lasting relationships by constant communication and inclusion of internal stakeholders. Being ahead of trends in the market motivates you – in a nutshell; you are digitally ambitious! You speak English perfectly and if you speak more languages, that would be a plus.
The team
Come and influence the organization by constantly developing our platform together with the rest of the Digital Marketing team. You will be supported by your skilled colleagues, including Product Owners, UX Experts, Digital designer and front and back-end developers. We offer you the possibility to work in a flexible, international, fun and informal environment. The position is based in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen) and you will report to the VP of Digital Marketing.

Your primary tasks will be:
- Develop and grow the ecommerce platform commercially, including development of campaign activities, optimization of pricing and continuously improvement of the user journey.
- Together with the sales organization, create and align an overall global ecommerce strategy for different markets and translate strategy to the whole organization.
- Develop and expand on global partner commerce strategy (Amazon Business and open Amazon, JD, Alibaba etc.). This can include contract negations, marketing initiatives on platforms, aligning fulfilment needs internally etc.
- Grow ecommerce channels for both products and services and communicate features to customers.
- Improve the understanding internally of analytics, conversion and the different elements of the ecommerce experience.
- Stakeholder management both locally in the different markets from the dealers to General Managers and globally from the different departments to VPs.
- Ensure that we use and follow the best global eCommerce practices.
- Expand the platform beyond sales to include more self-service options.
