Nilfisk’s mission is to enable sustainable cleaning worldwide to improve quality of life. Based on this powerful statement we have set a clear strategic direction for our sustainability efforts and approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and over the past years we have come far, creating a strong data foundation and setting ambitious targets in particular within climate and environment. Our Head of CSR is going on maternity leave, and we are looking for a strong CSR profile to join the team and contribute to ensuring a continued sustainable way of doing business at Nilfisk! We are continuously developing this area across the business, and you can look forward to a job with great impact and ample opportunities for development within the field of CSR.
Make your mark in global and cross-functional CSR projects
Your overall objective will be to facilitate the integration of CSR in Nilfisk’s daily processes and ongoing projects, while providing sustainability insights to the CSR Board and contributing to secure the strategic direction of Nilfisk.
Your main responsibilities will be to:

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have solid experience and profound interest in working strategically with sustainability and CSR. As a person you are persistent and passionate about sustainability and you want to drive change in a complex environment. You are positive, dedicated and proactive, finding solutions where others see problems and naturally taking initiative where needed. You believe that cross-functional collaboration and teamwork are key to success.
Further, you have the following skills and experience:
Your new team
You will be part of the Corporate Communication team at Nilfisk. The role is temporary with a one-year contract. You will report to the Head of Corporate Communication, and you will collaborate with key stakeholder across the global organization. You will be based at the Nilfisk HQ in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen).

Make your mark in global and cross-functional CSR projects

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Facilitate global and cross-functional collaboration to support Nilfisk’s global CSR projects and initiatives
- Drive and facilitate key initiatives and programs to lower Nilfisk’s direct and indirect carbon emissions
- Work towards further integration of the SDGs into Nilfisk’s business strategy
- Drive our CSR reporting including measuring process performance and data recording, as well as project leading the CSR Report 2021
- Monitor risks and trends in the field of global CSR and business development
